straightforward and simple, took approximately 3 months. Good communication from HR about next steps. Overall would reccomend to anyone. First round was a teams screen, then a phone screen with HR, then a super day at the office with multiple rounds of interviews, a brain teaser and a modeling case
First round of an interview to walkthrough CV followed by an immediate work of valuation of sample companies. Had about 15mins to do work before a presentation was done on the spot to showcase the work.

structured finance interview with fit and model test. fit focuses on where you want to be (and how that helps the group), model focuses on your basic modelling skills (P/L, CF, and investment returns)
