HR called me to confirm interest and qualifications. Set up phone screen with hiring manager and with next manager. Phone screens resulted in on-site half-day interview. Started with tour followed by meeting with one person. Followed by meeting with 3 people. I don't thing they really wanted anyone to join their club. Followed by meeting with hiring manager. Supposedly other candidates but no one got the job. Someone was hired about a month later.

Interview
Interviewer offered to show me the workplace instead of sitting in a room talking about myself. He showcased somethings and talked about the company, and he said I didn't need to ask questions. He never asked me about myself, and I'm not sure what he was looking for. The denial notice was very late.

Format was - Introductions; explanations of process; competency based questions; specific technical question.

Interview
Very easy, went over experience and asked questions about relevant technical knowledge. Interviewee was nice and professional. Questions were straight forward, no tough or tricky questions. Offered me the job on the spot.
