Online application on Parker website, followed by a Phone Interview with HR. Face to Face interview with VP Engineering and VP HR at company headquarters in Cleveland OH.
The whole interview process took place over the course of a month. My contacts with the company were very responsive and helpful. Interview scheduling was not very flexible, however, the company paid for travel expenses.

What are the different stages of the product design process? In which of these stages should an engineer be most involved and why?
Tell me about a product design experience that you have had. How will you apply what you learned during that experience to this position at Parker?
The interview process included two phone screenings and an in-person Interview. The questions were very fair and culture-fit was at the forefront of the interviewers questions. Being in a development program, you have to be flexible geographically so they asked a lot of questions about that. They also want you to ask a lot of questions about Parker.
