      I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pareto (London, England) in Jul 2019

      Interview

      I was approached via LinkedIn and invited to a engagement day. It was the worst experience of a recruitment day I've ever had. I found out half way through the day that the people running the recruitment day had been out the previous night and was saying how hungover they were to some of the candidates. In my own opinion this put me off the job. I never recieved any feedback or had any emails or voice messages to give them a call.

      We sincerely apologise for the process you have had and how you feel post the day. We’ve had a lot of good responses from the day and we encouraged feedback as we are always keen to hear how we can improve in the future. We have attempted to proactively contact all candidates to provide specific feedback on each element of the day, and gain their ideas on how we can continue to improve. We appreciate there was some waiting around and we do endeavour to manage expectations on the day. Going forward we have listened to this feedback and have already adapted the day to reduce the waiting time.
