Interview
Met with 5 Paranoid Fan senior employees. They all interviewed me at the same time. While this made me a little nervous at first, it was very easy once we starting talking. It felt more like a conversation and less like an interview.
They asked very reasonable questions, and were very professional and open about answering the questions I had about the company and the workload.
Overall it was a great experience.

Interview
5 phone interviews w/ 3 people followed by in person meeting w/ all 3. Only 2 showed, traveled 4hrs. Final Skype interview was rescheduled 4 times in one day then canceled. Overall communication & travel reimbursement handled very poorly. UNPROFESSIONAL.
