I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Paramount in Apr 2021
Interview
1 Competency based, 1 bar raiser, 1 practical (a presentation on how I would promote new online streaming service in the UK. What would be my first 90d priorities, what would be my goal, how would I measure success?).

Question 1
Launch marketing for a Paramount + in UK and a Free-View channel. Tell me about a time when you had to influence leadership. Give me an example of overcoming opposition in order to meet a goal. Example of communicating a change of priorities
Cold, distant interviewing method. Very black and white, also seemed like the interviewer was plugging me for proprietary information about my current company (a competitor). I didn't walk away feeling convinced they wanted to know much more about me than my past 6 months of work.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount in Feb 2022
Interview
Process was about 4 rounds between initial recruiter introduction through to final stages. The whole process took about 6 weeks and was a good experience. My HR contact was pretty responsive and transparent on the process.
