Interview
Interview process is a panel style. Very professional and by the book. I was very nervous but there were some Ice breaker questions that helped me relax before the difficult questions.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to make a decision based off of a directive you did not agree with.
Quick, efficient. There was a total of 3 interviews. One was a video response to a question, the other with a regional director and the last with the executive team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Parallon (Nashville, TN)
Interview
Applied via online June 2017. First interview with Director via Video on 06/17/19. Completed the manager personality and leadership style online test and second interview with the team was scheduled. 2nd interview 06/27/19. 3rd interview scheduled and completed with the AVP for 08/2019. Follow-up and was told..they were still getting applications and interviewing.
If I'm on the last round of interviews why are you still conducting first round interviews? It would have been nice had they just said...not a good fit and still interviewing. Either way..no response since Mid-August on status and I've moved on.
