I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Parallon (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online and recived a phone call asking if I would like to interview for the position. I was then contacted by the manager to set up and interview. She was very accommodating for me since I was coming in from out of state. The interview was with the manager and 2 team leads and was fairly informal. I then had to complete a few tests on a computer (typing speed, email usage, and personality?) I was later contacted by HR with an offer and I accepted. I then had to go through a background check and drug test. The background check took a few weeks to complete.
Overall, it was not difficult. There was one 30 minute video call with the manager and the recruiter. They asked about experience resolving conflict and some common questions. We talked about shift preference and they were very accommodating.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Parallon (Round Rock, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
First, online exam. Next was an interview in a group with other applicants, director, manager, and supervisor. Second interview was a peer interview with two team leads. In the first interview, it seemed as though the management staff was in "la-la land." They bounced back and forth between applicants and asked questions. The peer interview was with 2 team leads that seemed just as uninterested. During both interviews, the questions were asked from a generic template. The whole process, albeit professional, VERY impersonal.
