Take-home assignment assigned; then you schedule a live-session where you walk through your recommendations with a team member.
On-site interview (they pay for the day
Starts with a Recruiter Screen, which is followed up by a chat with one of the Co-Founders. If these go well you are given a take home project which is a deep dive on their platform and presenting it to one of the team members. Pass all these and you have a three day on-site work trial.
