I received an email for a phone interview two days out.
I called in and spoke with the HR Manager who obviously had reviewed my resume.
A few hours I received an email asking if I could come in on Monday for an in-person interview (was on a Friday).
I spoke with who would become my boss at the service desk. After asking more personality, judgement, and ethics questions, he asked for a minute and if he could bring some of the potential colleagues in.
I had a panel including someone of my skillset and two higher engineers. They touch on technical questions based off my resume.
They were friendly and it didn't feel like they were challenging my knowledge but rather seeing how comfortable I was with what I listed on my resume and how much in depth I knew.
At the end of the interview I felt good about my odds and excited about who I would be working with.
I later received a call from the Service Desk Manager informing they’d like to send me an offer letter.
