1st stage with interview with hr department and numerical test
2 nd interview with line manager
3 stage offer
The company did not evaluated its needs & requirements for this position. Thus was looking for differerent type of candindate than the company really wanted.
I was a very quick process , because this position was at least 4 months vacant.
