Applied online then came in for an interview. Was fairly simple, asked my experience and how I see myself fitting in with the rest of the team and workers. Also asked how many pizzas I can fit in my car.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Papa John's (Chesapeake, VA) in Dec 2013
Interview
It was very easy. Very straight forward, no trick questions ask how well i knew the area ask how did i plan to get to my delivery address I told him using Gpc. Ask if I had ever done anything like his I told him my back ground. He pretty much hired me on the spot for the job. Gave a shirt and a hat. I started on monday of the next week. O and they also inspected my car and made are that i had insurance.
I applied for the job, got the call back for an interview and got started after signing the contract. It wasn't hard, they asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my goals of the position.
It was easy enough. They asked me if I can drive and come on time. I said I did. They also told me I have to add something to Glassdoor to keep using it. Please disregard this note, I never actually worked at Papa John's
