Basically they just go over your resume with you, there are no qualifications needed so it's great for a first job, easy to get hired, they just like to know availibility and they prefer students because they are easy to control.

It was easy, walked in they asked two or three questions and was hired on the spot. Very simple questions, took about 10 minutes or so. Did not like the company though.
