I was disappointed with the interview process for this role. The process felt unnecessarily prolonged, requiring over four hours of interviews, only to be declined without any constructive feedback. Communication was lacking, and there was little transparency about the decision-making criteria. Additionally, the posted salary range of $125K–$130K seemed below market value for the role, which may be an important consideration for prospective candidates. The experience left me feeling that candidates’ time was not fully respected. A more structured, efficient, and communicative approach would greatly improve the candidate experience. I hope Veralto refines its hiring process to be more transparent and considerate of applicants moving forward.
