Pansophic Learning interview questions

Initial screener interview with recruiter that was not affiliated with Pansophic. The recruiter was amazing and took the time to learn about me and my aspirations. The next round was a 1:1 with the hiring manager. That was probably one of the worst interviews I've been through because I felt like the majority of the 30 minutes was her talking at me and not really explaining the work in terms that an outsider would understand. I left that conversation confused and not really interested in moving forward. However, I did have one more conversation with another member of the team that was amazing. They did a great job of explaining the complexities of their company and asked really good questions. Overall, the whole process was average but the hiring manager that I would report to left me uninterested in joining this company.

The process is ridiculous. The recruiter was late for the interview but blamed the interviewee for not showing up. The truth is the interviewee was waiting in the meeting 10 minutes ahead of time for the interview, but did not see the interviewer.
