Applied for the job, had a phone interview the same week. Casual conversation with Head of HR with some basic behavioral questions. Was invited for an on-campus interview, but declined because of how far the commute was and lack of options for remote/hybrid work. Overall, seems like a great place to work.

It was an easy meeting with DNS and HR, I started my job 11.5 years ago by hiring on as CNA, now I am RN Supervisor and have worked every job except DNS, it is a good place to learn and develop skills to take you anywhere in nursing
