Pangea Aerospace interview questions

I was interviewed for an initial screening interview. I applied about 5 months prior to being able to start, which was too early for them. The recruiter told me, "we are looking for people to come in and tell us what to do, not the other way around."

The interview process was very easy going and the interviewers made me feel comfortable during the interview. They first introduced themselves and the company and than asked me about my education background.
