Interview
Very easy interview process, probably considering it's a first job for many. You don't need to dress super fancy, business casual is fine. Managers are very laid back during interviews. Usually only requires one interview, one on one with a manager. Very simple, basic questions are asked. Plus you get a free soft drink before/during the interview.
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.
