The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Walked into a Panera and asked if they were hiring. The associate got a manager and I had a chance to ask a few questions about the hiring process on the spot. He asked me some questions about my background and what I was looking for. Then he had the hiring manager get in touch with me to set up an interview. Had 2 interviews. Accepted the job.
Easy and straight forward questions, often directed towards conflict management and organizational skills. Nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected. Casual dress atmosphere and comfortable setting. Overall a very average and pleasant experience.
