I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panera Bread in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview was laid back but professional. It was in a quieter section of the cafe and between lunch and dinner rush. I wore jeans and a blouse. I did not feel under/over dressed. It was clear what my responsibilities were and expectations. The manager who interviewed me was honest and to the point.

Interview
Good experience. They gave me a free drink and asked about my prior experience and availability. There were several more people waiting to be interviewed, though, and it felt rushed.
The interview was quick and easy, with friendly questions that made me feel comfortable. It flowed naturally, didn’t feel stressful, and gave me a good chance to express myself confidently.
