Interview
I applied online and was called for an interview two days later. They asked pretty standard interview questions: what are your strengths, what is your main weaknesses, explain a time when you went above and beyond to satisfy a customer, why do you want to work for us, and so on.
It was on-the-fly. Angled at a seat where you could see what the workers were doing (they didn't look happy). They ask you basic behavioral questions that aren't difficult to answer.

The interview process was very easy. They just want to learn more about you and about your prior experiences. I would say it was one of the easiest interview I've ever had.

Interview
Quick, at least 5 minutes of banter. I recall it about panera bread’s customers. Very nice conversation but it didn’t give enough information on the job. I ended after 5 months.
