15-20 minute face to face interview after a 100 question online test. Follow up face to face interview with the GM is possible. Work history, background check and some simple questions about how to work with and around others are among some of the things that took place.

Interview
It was professional and casual at the restaurant. Easy to talk with the recruiter. I didn't ultimately choose it at the time but it was pleasant enough. I think they hire from within and I was hoping to start as a GM
A recruiter reached out to me, before telling me what company the posting was specifically for he insisted on “re-working” my resume, but removed my most recent relevant experience and filled it with buzz words. I either from the process after my first phone interview with the recruiter because he was making the process convoluted and difficult.

Why do you think you would be a good fit? (Recruiter had reached out to me hasn’t told me what company the role was with yet, just sent a vague description)
Walked in they asked can I do the job. I said yes. I was hired. I started as a normal associate and moved up to am after 7 years through college and after.
