I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Panera Bread in Sept 2017
Interview
It was quick and on point. The interviewing asked quick and easy questions about job history and then offered the job on the spot. She went over the benefits of employment and hours she needed me at.
Casual interview process, so you can wear t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. The interview was only get-to-know you questions and then asking when you can start from what I can remember.
The interview was brief and friendly. The manager asked about my availability, teamwork, and kitchen experience, plus how I handle customers, pressure, and cleanliness. I explained my skills and enthusiasm.
