I saw an a posting on Craigslist that my location had open interviews. I stopped in and talked with a district hiring manager. The interview lasted 20 minutes, and I was offered a job at the end.

Went in with slacks and a tucked in button down. Was offered a drink and then waited a couple minutes for the training manager to interview me. Was a very laid back interview and went very well. I then spoke to the GM directly after. He also asked some questions and then told me my pay and when orientation is.
