Interview
First, they had me meet at the Panera Bread in Seal Beach for a group interview. A couple days later, they gave me a call for another interview at the location I applied for with the general manager.

Interview
Easy process. Quick and easy questions. Why do you want to work here? They also ask you what your desired salary is. Ask 0.50 cents above, sometimes they will give it to you. I did.

Interview
Applying online was easy. I was contacted by phone call to set up and interview and went into the cafe for an interview with a manager. I received an offer on the spot, but typically I believe they would have called to offer a role.
