I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Pandora Jewelry (Telford, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
I arrived at Pandora and introduced myself saying I had an interview. After 5 mins, the manager came out and greeted me nicely. We had the interview in a store room and it lasted around 20 minutes. I had to answer roughly 10 questions and was then asked to practise selling the manager a necklace.
Afterwards, I had to shadow an employee on the shop floor and try to interact with the customers and sell them jewellery. This was unexpected, however went really well.
I applied online and was called asking to come in for an interview. I was asked a couple of straightforward questions relating to the job role by the Assistant Manager. I was then called two weeks later and offered the job over the phone.
It was a group interview, and overall it felt pretty easy because the questions were straightforward, the environment was relaxed, and everyone had a fair chance to share their thoughts and experiences.
Went in for 30 min in person interview and interviewer and only person working called out. The Chatbot did reach out to reschedule but the no notice (and distance) put me off.
