I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group in Jun 2024
Interview
This interview process was very long and ultimately a waste of my time, The hiring team had poor communication and overall, their interview process needs work. The interviewers should definitely go through training and be more knowledgeable and considerate to those that experienced layoffs during COVID-19 and companies that suffered due to it. I have never felt so disappointed with an interview process in my 8 years of recruiting/interviewing. I was told my work history showed no loyalty when it's been quite the opposite. I felt like my character was being questioned when instead they should have shown empathy to someone who's unfortunately been laid off due to companies not being able to survive. Instead of asking questions, assumptions were made. I also got ghosted after my 3rd round of interviews, when I was told in my 3rd interview I would be getting a final interview. If you changed your mind and find someone who is a better fit, I'm all for it. Don't say it, unless you mean it. After reaching out multiple times, I finally received a generic decline with no feedback as to what happened or why. This was a blessing in disguise, I would never want to work for a company who belittles me and questions my loyalty.
