I went in and went straight to the cash registers. I had never been in there before, so I was pleasently surprised by hiw clean the place was. I was told the manager would be right with me and I was able to get a fountain drink. We went over to some seats in the corner and he began the interview. This was quite some time ago, so I don't rember word for word what was asked, but nothing out of the ordinary from regular questions (what makes you want to work here? what are some of your weaknesses? Do you work well with a team?) When he was done questioning, he hired me on the spot. I was supposed to come in a few days later to do paperwork to finish my employment status and the rest is history.

An initial interview will be conducted with the store manager and if they move forward with you, an interview will be scheduled with the ACO. Speed of process might depend on whether they really need people or not.
