Panel interview with local supervisors first for the initial interview. Final interview is with the Japanese managers where they will ask you questions regarding your relationship with your family and why you want to work for the company.

Started with HR screening followed by hiring manager interview
They were focus on my past experience . Asked me for example when I deliver under pressure
