Palta Senior Engineering Manager interview questions

I was invited to the first stage 1 month after applying online. Had a chat with HR, then with CTO, then CEO, and then had a team panel. So I successfully passed 4 rounds only to get ghosted afterwards. The recruiter never came back and doesn’t respond to my emails. I wish I read other Glassdoor reviews before applying - I regret spending any time on them at all. Russian-Belorussian work “standards” apparently affect not just the employees but the candidate experience as well. Stay away from them both as an employee and as a user. I wouldn’t have trust in them as a client too. The app seems like a bait - in Cyprus there are a few more companies from Russia that are doing these “fitness” apps.
