Interview
The interview was a breeze, the ICU manager was really accommodating and kind. Questions were common for a job interview- strengths, weaknesses, and expectations. It lasted for about 15-20 minutes. The interview itself is online.
In person interview for New Grad RN; both individual/one on one and panel interview. Group interviews as well as individual interviews. Will interview for new grad positions before you pass your NCLEX

very thorough, hour long interview. They really get to know you and they give you a tour of the unit. They would ideally like you to stay for at least 3 years.
