They interviewed us in groups of two at a time and if they liked you from that you sat down for a one on one interview. They are looking to see how personable and enthusiastic you are, if you interact with the other candidate and show interest while they are speaking.

First you go into a group interview. If they choose you to move on, you will have a brief interview with CEO where you begin to train. Then, you will go to a full day of training Bootcamp.
