Thorough but easy. Everyone I met was very kind. First I met with a recruiter and then the manager and HR manager. I came in to get help in my job search and they hired me internally instead.

Interview
It was a 2-3 month process. They wanted me to meet or talk to everyone on the team and ALL of the directors & president. They told me initially it would be 1-3 in person interviews, depending on how many people they could coordinate to meet with me. I needed up having 6 in-person interviews. Everyone was very nice, but took too long!
