This was an extremely disorganized, disappointing process. I had an initial HR phone screen in Nov 2017, took a psychometric test, submitted a writing sample, and then had the final round in Jan 2018. In between steps, things were continuously extended or delayed, and HR was difficult to get in touch with. The final round took place in the DC office, (the HR rep was also late to that), and was an hour long conversation with a panel of 6 Palladium employees who were all extremely friendly and approachable - this was probably the best part of the interview process, and the only part that wasn't handled by HR. After that interview, I spent about 3 months (I was very interested in the position) following up with HR regarding getting the final decision. HR said a few times that they would get back to me by "x" date, but ultimately stopped responding at all. I ultimately called Palladium in about April and they told me that the HR rep who was handling my recruitment process had left the firm. Such a draining process and a complete waste of time!
