Interview
Initial 1-1 interview followed by a secondary assessment day and a final interview with the COO. The process mainly carried out by the company's career development manager who made you feel incredibly comfortable and enjoy the process. Felt very conversational. The assessment centre involved a group working to do a presentation on value creation for a firm looking for a better digital footprint and using lucidsparks for creativity in introductions. Primarily focused on motivations and why I was interested in the role.

Interview
Tone of efforts put in the presentation - no specific questions on it during the interview; « you covered all the points » they said. Generic feedback provided +3 weeks after the interview. My advice: don’t waste your time.

Interview
The first interview was an informal chat with a Director.
The second stage was an 'in your own time' case study to present back to members of Palladium.
The final stage was a standard non-technical competency based interview.
The process was mostly conducted out of hours, where Palladium expected you to be responsive after usual office hours and way past the times or dates they gave for interview feedback. They expect the candidate to put in a lot of time for the presentation, and then respond via a basic email template with no personalised feedback. The rejection feedback is horrifically generic, where they cite reasons such as 'Other candidates performed better technically', which is based on no technical interview questions.
