I was fresh out of college. The interview process was very 'light' compared to other companies I interviewed with. Job description seemed thorough but didn't match reality. People are nice enough but there is a problem with Sr. Management. There was a bit of a delay setting up the interview on their part. I almost took another job while I was waiting.
