Overall, I found the hiring manager to be great. The interview process was well-organized, and I appreciated the quick turnaround on feedback and next steps. However, I had some concerns about being asked to prepare a very high-level project in less than 30 minutes while on-site. This task felt unrealistic, as HR representatives typically have ample time to prepare for major projects.
