I applied online, and briefly talked to a recruiter at a career fair. A couple of weeks later I received an email asking me to do a coding test online. I completed the test, and received an email a few days later that they wanted to move forward and schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was about 45 minutes long, typical interview questions. I got stuck on one thing for a while and I think this was my downfall, as I received a rejection email a few days later.
