I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (Palo Alto, CA)
Interview
Two phone interviews a week and a half apart were followed by an in-person interview in Palo Alto, California two weeks later. The phone interviews included technical questions related to software design and questions related to specific project expertise. The full day of in-person interviews included three hour long one-on-ones, a software demo, and a brief meeting with HR. The questions in the one-on-one sessions were highly varied. Some were technical, some conceptual, and some problem solving.

Question 1
How do you design a secure computer system with no outside connectivity, but keep the system updated with the latest information?
I had behavioral interviews and then 4 in person interviews. The behavioral was straightforward. There was also a data query interview where they taught you a new "language" and had you execute basic queries in it. Then there was a system design interview. I had two of these. The last one they asked me if I was deployed to the moon to identify new species of alien what kind of system would I build.
