I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paddy Power Betfair (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2013
Interview
Applied online and got email confirming date and time for phone interview. Interviewer was 15 minutes late, the questions were poorly structured and she seemed to be in a hurry. The role was not explained clearly. There were a mixed bag of standard CV questions and random behavioural questions. Was told there were 3 more stages in hiring process: 2 face to face interviews and a presentation each separated by a week.
Applied online and heard back 3 months later.
Decided to still proceed with the interview. Got calls from two different recruiters when they were trying to schedule an interview.
When I joined the interview one person was late because they hadn't even been told about it. Same guy proceeded to ask odd questions. Job spec online was completely different to the job described in the interview.
Been well over a month now and they didn't even bother to send me a rejection email.

Interview
Great call with line manager and Director then given a task to prepare and second interview with Directors. Then no response from then. HR team say they will get in touch and they do not, even with numerous follow ups they do not respond at all. There is no regard for time someone has taken to prepare for the interview, just mere professionalism lacks to communicate to candidates. Would advise anyone who applies to expect to be ignored by them.
