I applied with my CV and cover letter online. Following this I was brought to the next stage which was a 30 minute phone interview. This consisted of competency based questions. I was then progressed to the next stage of the interview process; psychometric tests. These were done online and were about 30 minutes long in total. The final round was an assessment centre with several other graduates. It consisted of a 1:1 interview, a presentation, a case study and a group activity. After this is took about 3-4 weeks to hear if I had got the job or not.
