It's a formal interview but not so serious. Accounting manager here will ask your academic background and your working experience kindly. It's more like a relaxed conversation or talk. And manager also gave me short tour around their office and lovely balcony, very nice interview experience.

Interview
I found their ad on Craigslist and sent an email. Within 24 hrs I was contacted by phone and came in for an interview with 48 hrs. The interview was laid back and very stress free.
