Interview
interview started with phone call with several managers. a follow up call with CEO & COO/CFO. this followed with on-site interview. they arrange flight, hotel. transportation, I was met at airport by CEO & COO. had lunch and talked about my experiences and knowledge of company. I then met with rest of the company team. I was given a schematic to interpret. when I showed some trouble with it, I was given clear explanation of it's operation. the on-site interview ended with an offer letter and received a wonderful good by back to airport with CEO & COO at the airport as I departed.

had little difficulty understanding schematic circuit design. I understood all the symbols, just not clear to some of the component purpose/use. no unexpected questions.
