After completing the online application, you will receive a follow-up email from Director of Volunteer Services. I interviewed via Zoom for about 15-30 minutes, and it was a very straightforward process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Symphony (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Long and unorganized. Ridiculously huge panel interviews with the whole department that had no direction.The whole process was very slow and there wasn’t much communication throughout. The department seemed aimless, wanting to hire someone with a magic wand to come fix everything.
