Hiring and interview process is very thorough. The head of risk management and investigation is quite thorough as well leaving no stone unturned. Have all your ducks in a row when invited in for an interview. Plus, have all of your previous contacts information together, the easier you can make it for human resources the easier you can make it on yourself.
