Interview process was long because it took a while to hear back from the hiring manager for each step of the process. Overall process took 2-3 months. It started with a phone screen (15-20 min) followed by a panel interview (4-6 panelists) with situational/behavioral questions like "tell me about a time when...". Questions were relatively standard, no surprises.
