Was proactively recruited via LinkedIn and had a couple of phone screens with the talent acquisition team. Had an initial video screening with the hiring manager (who clearly would have been someone great to report to), then subsequent video panel interviews, and then follow-ups with the hiring manager and recruiter. All of the staff were extremely professional and asked mostly behavioral /
competency questions. I felt that the talent acquisition staff and interviewers provided me with ample opportunity to highlight my experience and skills for the role. We couldn’t come to agreement on compensation but they were extremely creative and flexibility in trying to close the gap.
