The interview was a panel format on Microsoft Teams, focusing heavily on safety protocols and culture. The technical and situational questions weren't overwhelming, but they definitely required a strong ability to think dynamically on the spot.

As a contractor, it started with a call with the recruiter at the contracting agency. From there, if you are interested, they will schedule you with the hiring manager at PG&E. Try not to commit to any numbers with the contracting agency until you've met with the hiring manager to discuss what the job is like, who you're working with, etc.
