Interview
I first met with the property manager and then the regional manager. It was not intimidating, they truly wanted to know about me and what I could bring to Pace and my property.
I emailed my Resume to the Property Manager named Lisa Hernandez we then scheduled and interview and got sent to a staffing agency to be tested for 2 weeks and than interview with the Regional.

Interview
Inviting and honest. I was interviewed my property manager and RPM; and given an idea of job expectations and room for growth. I was invited to answer and voice my aspirations as well- which was comforting and insightful as to the openness and involvement of the company and its employees
