      Event Planning Coordinator Interview

      2 Mar 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Louisville, KY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Pace Events (Louisville, KY) in Feb 2015

      Interview

I had the requirements, education and the experience. But because of the tough economy, and difficulty with jobs over the year. The individual interviewing me basically made assumptions about red flags for having too many jobs. He then sat in his chair with his $100,000 a year salary and stated that just because he is reading paper, gives himself the ability to judge the individuals he is hiring. I assume this individual is disconnected from reality, and doesn't follow our current problems with employment. He was intensely rude, and made assumptions without even talking to me about what I experienced in the past. Kind of glad I was never hired here.
